By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion — for example, if stock is unavailable or payment authorization fails.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are displayed before checkout. Payments can be made via the available methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide unless otherwise specified. Delivery times and costs are provided during checkout. Delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once goods are received and inspected. Custom products, made-to-order items, or digital downloads may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

We warrant that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. Claims for defects must be submitted promptly upon discovery.

F U N D A M E N T O is not liable for damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
